“We had halal dietary requirements and the owners said they could fry our order first in fresh oil at 4pm to avoid any cross contamination. The haddock was fried perfectly and the batter was super fresh and crisp. The chips were superb, not soggy at all. Highly recommend The Little Chippy, perfect fish and chips - delicious and fresh 😋”

“I'm from Glasgow. I can't eat bread,pastry etc. I mention this so you can imagine the amount of chips I've eaten in my lifetime. It's really a lot. Frankly I'm tired of chips. The chips from this place were truly fantastic, genuinely arrestingly good. Amazing texture. Could not be more pleased that my kid was asking for a late night snack.”

“Delightful fish and chips, reasonably priced for being in the centre of Windermere, and delicious. Recent reviews about the fish being overly greasy and the chips soggy were not the case for my experience, and there was no more oil than us to be expected from fried food. The fish and chips were clearly fresh out of the fryer, lovely and hot.”
